Work Undertaken

We supplied and fitted 600m2 flooring grade plywood to the sub floor.

Due to its ease of cleaning, maintenance, and attractive finish, all the bedrooms were fitted with Karndean Da Vinci wood effect flooring incorporating a decorative border, finished with a 100mm set in skirting to give a hygienic finish.

The corridors and offices were fitted with hard wearing Gradus Genus impervious contract carpet.

All the wet areas consisting of WC's, sluice and storerooms were installed with Polysafe Polyflor Corona safety flooring. All joins in these areas were thermo welded to provide a water tight finish.

Theatre areas were fitted with Polyflor Prestige high performance vinyl floor covering, to provide a cost effective polish free finish. The perimeters were coved in the same material to provide a water tight hygienic finish.
